Façade Engineering is a highly specialized science and a striking art form in Building Skin Design. Facade engineering basically encompasses the creation of a building envelope that enhances the outer appearance of a building while performing a host of other functions as well. Facade engineering is part of the construction process with a brand new building or it can be used to update an existing structure. It is synonymous with Curtain wall design using more energy efficient glazing units, structural sealants and lighter & stronger materials like Aluminium.
