Qualification : BTech with minimum 7 years in CAD projects.

1. CAD/BIM project management experience of not less than 7 years.

3. Should possess good knowledge of CAD standards followed across the globe.
4. Knowledge in different domains of engineering (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Mechanical).
5. Good leader with excellent team management and communication skills.
6. Interaction experience with clients across the globe.
7. Business focus and negotiating skills with aptitude to bring continued business from clients.
8. Good problem solving and technical trouble shooting capability
Job Description
He/she would be the single point of contact for customers and production team. He/she would be managing multiple projects in different stages of the lifecycle. He/she would be required to perform different roles:
1. Manage team of CAD engineers.
2. Feasibility study, estimation, planning, scheduling and delivery of project.
3. Ensure quality and optimum usage of man power.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
5. Mentor and motivate team to achieve goals.
6. Communicate with clients, raise RFIs and assure smooth execution of projects.
7. Proper documentation and reporting to the management.
8. Resolve project issues including budget, timeline, and scope

CAD Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

Qualification : B Tech/Diploma with min 3 years exp 2D/3D/Steel Detailing. Experience in outsourced projects will be plus.

CAD Engineers (MEP)

Qualification : B Tech/Diploma with min 3 years exp in creation of shop drawings, coordination, BIM Modeling / Revit.

Business Analyst

Qualification : B Tech, MBA with aptitude for dealing international clients and business development. Skill in web based marketing and SEO will be plus.

Web Designer

Qualification : Should have 3 years of exp in web designing, PHP programming, maintenance of web portals.

MEP Design Consultant

Qualification : Should provide MEP design solution for outsourced projects from US, Europe & Australia.

CAD Trainee Engineers (Mech/Arch/Civil/Elec)

Qualification : B Tech/Diploma with CAD proficiency. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
